1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nagada88 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Company"). 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

nagada88 employs age-verification procedures during account registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. If a player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any remaining balance will be returned minus any bonus funds received.

3 Account Registration & Security

To use the full range of services on nagada88, you must create a registered account. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3.2 Account Security

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

7 Prohibited Conduct

Players using nagada88 agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any item in this list constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using fraudulent payment methods to fund an account.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time subject to the conditions set out below.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, and any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited on account closure unless wagering requirements have already been met in full.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by nagada88

nagada88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion where there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of any of the following:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Engagement in any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7 above.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure or fund freezing.
• Detection of suspicious activity consistent with money laundering, fraud, or match-fixing patterns.

Where nagada88 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no misconduct occurred, the balance will be refunded. If misconduct is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part in proportion to the nature of the breach.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to self-exclude or take a temporary break from gambling may request a responsible gaming closure via the account settings panel or through the support team. Self-exclusion periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanent exclusion are available.
